Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

BEFORE COMMENCING FORMAL PROCEEDINGS, THE PARTIES AGREE TO ATTEMPT IN GOOD FAITH TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS INFORMALLY WITHIN 30 DAYS. IF INFORMAL RESOLUTION IS UNSUCCESSFUL, DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF MAY BE SOUGHT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND Right Fi Advice AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. No provision of these Terms shall be deemed to supersede, limit, or waive any rights you have under applicable state or federal privacy law.
